深部大采高高水充填开采矿压显现研究

Strata behavior research of backfill mining with high water materialin deep mining of large height

摘要: 结合邢东矿1126充填工作面特殊生产地质条件,运用理论计算、数值模拟和现场实测等方法对矿压显现规律进行了研究。运用薄板理论确定了基本顶不发生断裂的临界等效充填高度,应用FLAC3D软件分析了全部垮落法和超高水充填法顶板岩层的塑性区分布和竖向位移沉降规律。现场实测数据表明:高水材料充填开采矿压显现缓和,液压支架工作阻力整体偏低,地表变形值控制在I级破坏范围之内。

Abstract: Combining with the special production geological condition of 1126 filling face, strata behavior law was discussed by theoretical calculation, numerical simulation and field measurement. The critical breaking filling height of main roof was confirmed by thin plate theory. FLAC3D software was applied to analyze the law of plastic zone distribution and vertical displacement sinkage of the roof strata on fully caving mining method and high water filling method. The measured data show that strata behavior of backfill mining with high water material was relaxed. Working resistance of hydraulic support was low as a whole, the surface deformation value was controlled within the scope of the damage at level I.
